Sunday operates on a subscription model where retention is everything. Despite having detailed customer health data and supplement history, all communication was generic. Support handled the same onboarding and usage questions repeatedly. There was no system to predict which subscribers were likely to churn before they cancelled, and no personalized content to re-engage them.
We built a personalization and retention automation layer. Every subscriber now receives onboarding, usage tips, and check-in messages personalized to their specific supplement stack and health goals - generated by Claude from their profile data. A churn prediction model flags at-risk subscribers based on engagement signals, triggering a personalized retention sequence before cancellation. Support is handled by a Claude-powered assistant trained on product knowledge that deflects 65%+ of routine inquiries. Monthly 'health update' emails are auto-generated per customer profile.
