A churn prediction model flags at-risk subscribers based on engagement signals, triggering a personalized retention sequence before cancellation. Support is handled by a Claude-powered assistant trained on product knowledge that deflects 65%+ of routine inquiries. Monthly 'health update' emails are auto-generated per customer profile.
