Using the site

The content on this site is for general information. Prices, timelines and examples on the site are indicative; the binding terms for any project are the ones in the written proposal you accept.

Do not misuse the site, try to break its security, or use our forms to send spam.

Projects and proposals

Each project starts with a written proposal that sets the scope, price, payment schedule and timeline. Work outside that scope is agreed separately in writing.

You give us the access and information we need on time. Delays on your side can move the timeline.

Payment

You pay the amounts and on the dates set in the proposal. Fixed-price work is invoiced as stated there. Unless the proposal says otherwise, prices exclude taxes and third-party costs such as API, hosting or software subscriptions.

Ownership

Once you have paid in full, you own the deliverables made specifically for you. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how, and grant you a licence to use them as part of your deliverables.

We may mention that we worked with you only with your permission.

Confidentiality

Each side keeps the other side's non-public information confidential and uses it only for the project.

Liability

We do the work with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for a project is limited to the amount you paid for that project.

AI systems can make mistakes; you remain responsible for decisions taken with their output.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, unless your proposal says otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; accepted proposals keep the terms they were signed under.
