RaiseTalks
Content automation system for a Dubai-based startup accelerator. Social posts, newsletters, event recaps, and speaker content - produced at scale without a content team.
RaiseTalks runs events, speaker series, and investor sessions across Dubai's startup scene. After every event, the team faced the same grind: transcribing the session, writing LinkedIn posts for each speaker, drafting the newsletter recap, creating an event summary for their community platform, and coordinating quote approvals. A single event generated 8+ hours of post-production content work. With 2-3 events per month and a small team, content was constantly the bottleneck - often going out a week late, or not at all.
We built a content automation pipeline where the event transcript is the only input. The recording goes to a transcription service, the transcript lands in Notion, and Make triggers the full production flow. Claude processes the transcript and generates the complete content package in the brand's editorial voice: a LinkedIn post for RaiseTalks, individual speaker highlight posts (personalized per speaker with their key quote), a structured newsletter recap with key takeaways, and a short community post. Each piece is staged in Notion for a quick review pass before distribution. Make handles scheduling and publishing to each channel. The team's role went from writing to editing and approving.
