A new medical tourism business connecting Australian patients with Turkish plastic surgery clinics. No existing systems, no team, and a complex coordination problem: patients need detailed pre-screening, clinics need qualified leads, and the process has to be trusted enough for someone to fly across the world.
We built the entire operation from scratch. A Next.js platform handles intake and patient qualification. Claude conducts the initial consultation via a structured chat, assesses the patient's needs, and matches them with the right clinic. n8n handles all coordination - clinic notifications, patient follow-ups, document requests, and appointment scheduling. The founder manages oversight, not operations.
