A growing clothing brand with a small team spending most of their time on content and admin. Every product launch meant writing descriptions for 20-50 SKUs, creating social posts across 3 channels, and responding to the same buyer questions in DMs. Creative work was getting squeezed out by repetitive tasks.
We built a content production pipeline on top of Claude. New product photos go in, complete product descriptions and social content come out - in the brand's voice. Buyer DMs are handled by a trained assistant. Fulfillment updates are sent automatically. The team now uses the time for design and strategy instead of copy.
