Content for new product launches took a full week of team time. Logistics updates required constant manual checking across multiple carriers.
We built a multi-layer automation stack on top of their Shopify store. A Claude-powered support assistant handles 70%+ of incoming questions - order status, product advice, dosage questions - escalating only complex cases. New product launches now run through an automated content pipeline: product specs go in, full launch package comes out (descriptions, social posts, email copy). Carrier APIs are polled automatically and customers notified at every shipping stage without manual intervention.
