We built a full AI marketing layer on top of their existing Klaviyo setup. The product recommendation quiz data now drives automated segmentation - each customer enters a personalized email journey based on their wellness goals, purchase history, and engagement. Claude generates campaign copy variants for each segment. New product launches run through a content pipeline: brief in, full asset set out. A win-back automation triggers personalized reactivation sequences at 30/60/90 day churn points with dynamic offers based on the customer's original quiz profile.
