We built Outlast from zero to live in 4 weeks. A quiz captures the user's role, industry, seniority, and risk profile. Claude generates a personalized 28-day plan - daily actions tailored to their exact situation. Users track progress day by day. Subscription billing via Stripe, full Next.js frontend, Claude API for plan generation and daily coaching prompts.
